We ship our products to most regions and countries worldwide. However, certain locations may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will inform you at checkout or shortly after your order is placed.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.

3. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location:

Tea Room Senryu is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

6. Shipping Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@tearoomsenryu.com. We will do our best to assist you with locating your order or resolving any shipping problems.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@tearoomsenryu.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
